SCHOOL ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS

Pre-Kindergarten 3: Must be 3 years of age by October 31st of the current year.
Pre-Kindergarten 4: Must be 4 years of age by October 31st of the current year.

Kindergarten:  Must be 5 years of age by October 31st of the current year.  October 31st is cut off date for Paterson residents.  Other areas of residence follow the cut off date of the local school district.

1st through 8th Grade Students:  Must have satisfactory conduct as verified by the report cards of the previous and current years.

Mandatory immunizations and a physical examination are required for new students in all grades levels before they may enter school.  All children must have their own Social Security number.

No person is discriminated against, on the ground or race, color and national origin, in admission or in receiving services in our school, nor do we hire or assign staff on the basis or race, color or national origin.

ADMISSION PROCEDURES

1. Students transferring from another Catholic school, without a change of residence, must have a Parish/School Conference Report signed by the Pastor and the Principal.
2. Student records of all previous years must be reviewed by the principal.  Parents should bring official original report cards.

Visits to the school need to be arranged by appointment.  Please call the school office at 973-956-1542, Monday through Friday between 8:00A.M and 3:00 P.M.
